Return & Exchange Window

You have 3 days after receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for processing.

  • In case of damaged items, an unboxing video is mandatory for return validation

We only accept exchanges in the case of size issues and color issues.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Products purchased using gift cards

🔹 Note: Products bought using coupon codes are still eligible for return unless marked as final sale.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. For faster processing, we recommend sharing an unboxing video with your claim.

We’ll evaluate the situation and work to provide a refund, exchange, or replacement as needed.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Once we inspect and approve your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account
